Registration and Online Payment

Thank you for your interest to enrol in our online courses!
We are currently offering fully online courses in:

  1. Spiritual Formation and Professional Growth (July 7 to Oct 27)
  2. Pastoral Theology (July 7 to Oct 27)
  3. Introduction to the Bible (Sept to Dec)

Note:
These are fully online courses offered on an experimental basis to help those who could not come to the ATS campus in Quezon City due to distance or time constraints.

ATS does not offer any Online Degree Programs as of now. These courses though can be credited if you opt to get a degree in the future.

• ONLINE COURSE REQUIREMENTS

  1. You should have your own laptop/PC/tablet and quick internet access to download lessons and upload assignments.
  2. Be familiar with the use of social media in order to successfully navigate the ATS Online Class. We are using MOODLE as our Learning Management System. There is a tutorial video for new students. You can access this via our website and go to the online courses and navigate it as a “guest”.
  3. Download Google Hangout App in order to be able to participate in our group video  conferencing. This App is free. You only need to set up a Gmail account.
  4. You need to be able to do all the readings and assignments, participate in the discussion forum, and join the video conference for every lesson within the deadline. This is to avoid students falling behind with the lessons and assignments.

• ADMISSION PROCESS

1. Contact the Registrar’s office by email & they would take care of your application and admission details.State your intention to enrol specifying which online course to take.

2. You will get a confirmation email once requirements are completed and duly accepted in the course

3. After confirmation, pay tuition via the ATS website:

_____a. Go to E-Learning menu and choose Registration & Payment
_____b. Click Pay Now and you will be directed to the payment page and choose Scholarship Fund in the Campaign field
_____c. Tuition fees would be:

__________$155.00 (Php6,600.00) per course
__________Plus
__________$47 (Php2,000.00) for technology and miscellaneous fees (one time payment per term)

4. Send payment details to the registrar to confirm your payment and enrolment in the specified online course.
5. You will receive an email from the registrar confirming your enrolment and giving you a username and password for our Online Course. You can begin accessing the online courses you have enrolled.
